This is the feedback I hear most from clients, friends and family. Art and creativity weave themselves into the core of who I am even when I tried to hide it. yet the title "Artist", "Illustrator", "Designer" couldn't possibly encapsulate the whole of who I am.
Even as a child at 7, I was painting my closet a conglomeration of pastels that bled into each other complete with roses climbing the door because I craved my own secret space full of all of the imaginative expression that I was too shy to share with the world.
I didn’t become an artist because I wanted to make art, I became an artist so I could architect the right energy for my home. When I’m in a space, it talks to me in a way that’s far beyond this would look pretty here. It’s about establishing order and rhythm so that my already overly active mind has an environment that was supportive of it. That is the intention I bring when creating a new piece.
I love working with people and creating art that tells a story. I want your walls and homes to be filled with color and illustrations that have deep meaning to you and your loved ones. I want you to laugh. I want you to think. I want you to be inspired. I want to create awe and wonder in the spaces around you.
